Who we are
Roshandaan Classes, a coaching institute for Class 11 and 12 in Bhopal.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, whether you are a parent, guardian or student, the student's first name, class, course, board and medium, your WhatsApp number, anything you write in the note, and whether you agreed to WhatsApp messages.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, book a demo class and remind you about it, and call you about admission. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it for advertising.
Who sees it
Our office team and teachers. Enquiries are kept in our admissions sheet, which only the office can open. WhatsApp messages are sent through our WhatsApp Business account, which is provided by Meta.
How long we keep it
If the student does not join, we delete the enquiry 12 months after you sent it. If they join, it becomes part of their admission record, which we keep until a year after they leave.
Your choices
Reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time and the messages stop. Ask at the office, or on WhatsApp, for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them.
Children
Most of our students are under 18, so we ask a parent or guardian to send the enquiry for them, and to come with them for admission.
