Same teachers, both languages
Every chapter has notes in Hindi and English, written by the teacher who teaches it. Hindi notes keep the English term beside the Hindi one, so students are never lost when a paper or a college uses the other word.
Most of what we do is simple. What matters is that it happens every week, without fail.

The second class of each subject every week starts with a 45-minute test on that week's work. Papers come back marked at the next class, with the mistakes explained. Marks are shared with parents at the monthly meeting.
Batches stop at 30 students. If a batch is full, we offer the other time slot or medium, or a place on the list for the next free seat. We would rather say no than squeeze in a 31st chair.
Every teacher stays 15 minutes after each class for questions. Students who are shy to ask in front of others can write the question on a slip and leave it on the notes shelf; the answer comes back at the next class.
On the last Saturday of every month, from 11 am to 1 pm, parents can meet each teacher, see the month's test marks and hear what their child should work on next. If a student misses three classes in a row, we call home.
Classes are 90 minutes and end by 8 pm. Sunday is always off, for students and teachers. We don't put rank lists on the wall or compare students in front of each other. Every Saturday from 2 to 3 pm, Meera ma'am's door is open to any student or parent who wants to talk, about studies or anything else.

Hindi-medium notes keep the English term in brackets, and English-medium notes keep the Hindi one. A student who changes medium, or meets the other word in a paper, is never starting from zero.
Velocity (वेग) is displacement (विस्थापन) per unit time.
वेग (velocity) = विस्थापन (displacement) ÷ समय
